This role will see you processing end-to-end payroll weekly for over 500 employees nationwide.
It is fast-paced, suited to someone who is experienced and can hit the ground running.
This is an office-based role with convenient onsite parking, eliminating the hassle of finding parking.Key Responsibilities:Manage and oversee the entire payroll process, including data entry, calculations, and tax filings.Process weekly payroll of up to 500 employees.Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll for all employees.Implement and maintain payroll systems and processes.Prepare and analyze payroll reports.Resolve employee payroll queries and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure smooth payroll processing.Collaborate with HR and Finance departments on payroll-related projects.You Will Have:Experience processing end-to-end payroll for over 500+ employees.At least 3+ years of payroll experience (NZ experience is required).Knowledge of MYOB Advanced preferred.Great attention to detail.Ability to work well in a team.Sound understanding of payroll legislation.Great written and verbal communication skills.Please note that all applications are reviewed, but only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
