They prioritise professional growth, encourage innovation, and create a supportive environment where every voice is valued.Key Responsibilities:Guide a small team to deliver timely and accurate payroll processing.Ensure all payroll transactions are accurately collated and processed promptly.Arrange for staff to be paid correctly and in sync with their pay cycle.Regularly update and maintain personnel records in our payroll system.Consult with staff regarding payroll-related queries.Calculate pay, tax, deductions, and all aspects of retributions using our payroll system.Ensure compliance with all employment laws.Manage staff expense processing.Key Requirements:Exceptional working knowledge of Holidays Act and NZ Payroll legislation.Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Payroll role in a NZ company.Honesty and reliability, with professional discretion when handling confidential data.Analytical, organised, and accurate approach, with an eye for detail.Ability to work well under pressure and guide a small team.Excellent record-keeping skills, particularly accurate at data entry.Capability of prioritising deadlines.Problem-solving skills with an eye for process improvement.Excellent written and oral communication skills.How to apply?
