Through integration and collaboration, we're building a health system underpinned by partnership, equity, sustainability, whanau-centred care, and excellence.About the RoleWe have an exciting opportunity for someone to provide administrative support to the payroll team, who is passionate and keen to work in a complex environment, using AMS Leader payroll systems.About the Team/Service/LocationAt Te Matau a Maui Hawke's Bay, we use an automated roster to pay system with a focus on getting pays "right first time" for over 4000 employees and have a reputation for achieving efficiencies in the way we service and pay our people.About YouPrevious experience in a similar role is essential.Our ideal candidate for this role will:Be organised, accurate, and have strong attention to detail.Work well independently yet also be an active contributor within our team.Have a sound level of computer skills, particularly in Outlook and Excel.Show competency with te ao Maori, tikanga, and te reo Maori or have a commitment to starting your journey and taking ownership of your learning and growth.Have experience in projects/initiatives that give effect to Te Tiriti principles and frameworks, and the application of Matauranga Maori and Kaupapa Maori approaches, particularly in healthcare settings.Working for Health New ZealandHealth New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is 'the weaving of wellness'.
