We are an industry leader known for providing excellent service, innovative solutions and an outstanding place to work.We are looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team in our Tauranga office.Your success will be measured by the effective management of the weekly payroll processes for approximately 200 employees, using an integrated payroll system that utilises specialised labour tracking software, Microsoft Excel, and MYOB EXO Payroll.About you:You will be a natural problem solver who uses their initiative and has excellent communication skills, coupled with prior experience in an integrated payroll environment.The ideal candidate will possess:A minimum of 5 years in a complex payroll environment.A love of all things Payroll, with a natural ability for numbers, an eye for detail, and ensuring employee information is up to date.Strong working knowledge of Office 365, Sharepoint, and other Microsoft applications.A good understanding of current payroll legislation and other related employment legislation practices.This will all be coupled with your ability to work to weekly deadlines.This is the perfect position for a passionate, hands-on payroll professional who really wants to make a difference.
