We have a temporary position available for a Payroll Administrator who thrives on following through on jobs from start to finish. You can hit the ground running with your payroll experience and are good at juggling everything that comes your way. You will be an integral part of a busy office with a great team environment, helping it to operate smoothly.
You will have impeccable attention to detail and handle all enquiries with clear communication and confidence.
Full time Hours / November - January Assignment / Normal office hours Ellerslie location - close to motorway access Duties will include, but not be limited to:
Preparing payroll runsTime sheet processingWeekly and monthly reportingInvoicingProcessing General Ledger & Leave Accrual JournalsPreparation of GST returns and PAYE filingsSkills and Experience:
Payroll experience 2 years +Medium to high volume staff payrollAdvanced user of MYOBRelevant tertiary qualificationAbility to multitask & exemplary time managementUnderstanding of payroll and accounting processes and systemsKnowledge of Te Reo Maori, but not essentialFull Driver's licenceBring your great attitude and initiative to an inclusive workplace that values their staff.
