Our employees live by these values through the work they do, every day, as one team.The opportunityAs the Paving Department Manager with our Surfacing Team, you will provide a high degree of customer service to our Local Authority client, whilst maintaining excellence in staff management, quality, cost control and relationship management.In addition to the above you will:Effective utilisation of surfacing resources including labour, plant and subcontractorsUnderstand contractual requirements and ensure reports, claims and programmes are prepared in an accurate and timely mannerProvide assistance to the Surfacing Divisional ManagerTo be successful in this role, you will:Bachelor of Civil Engineering Degree or Diploma from a recognised University or Tertiary ProviderAt least 2 years' experience in a surfacing management roleStrong communication and relationship building skillsYou will be a supportive and collaborative leader with a passion for developing and growing talent.
