Being the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing a welcoming and knowledgeable experience should come naturally to you.
Your day-to-day will also include: customer communication in person, by email, and phone; being up to date on patient options for care and sharing these; collaborating with a wide range of people; administration and data entry.You will have strong attention to detail, be confident learning new technology, and be reasonably quick on a keyboard.
