Health New Zealand, Te Whatu Ora, Counties Manukau has an exciting opportunity available for a Patient Service Representative (Administrative position 1 FTE, Fixed term) at Community Central.
We have a fixed term opportunity for a vibrant Patient Service Representative to join our team in providing quality service to patients, whaanau and communities across the Counties Manukau District.
This fixed term role will run for 3-4 months, approximately until March 2025, and will primarily be managing the phones and performing general administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be adaptable to an ever-changing environment and be able to work to deadlines.
This role is a full-time, fixed term position working 40 hours a week, Monday to Sunday, based at 15 Lambie Drive Papatoetoe. This is a seven-day a week service and shifts are 8 hours, rostered between the hours 8am to 6pm.
Community Central is a multidisciplinary team of clinical & administrators and a centralised point for referrals, allocation, and coordination for the Community Health Service, within Counties Manukau. The service is designed to ensure a seamless and visible journey for any patient from referral to service provision, with a focus on customer service and patient experience.
The salary will be based on the PSA National Health Administrative Workers Collective Agreement, Band 1, step 1 ($57,291), however will depend on prior experience.
