This is a full-time position working across our Pathway and Talent programmes making a key contribution in helping to support the development of our players and teams through a holistic approach.The primary responsibilities will be to provide direction and leadership of an annual Pathway programme for male and female athletes in Northland, and lead the delivery and coaching of high-level Talent within the region through our Regional Academy model.As the successful candidate, you will have:• Relevant Coaching Qualification - NZC Level 2 or higher• Experience in community and/or professional sport• Demonstrated leadership skills with ability to build effective working relationships• Extensive knowledge of player development processes inclusive of talent identification• Ability to create enjoyable learning environments• Cricket knowledge relating to the technical and tactical requirements of the game.We pride ourselves on our supportive and collaborative team culture, and we are looking for someone who shares our values and is committed to delivering exceptional work.This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in our organisation.
