Details of the offer

Inspect equipment and premises before production runs to ensure they meet occupational health and safety standards.
Assess the quality of raw materials and measure ingredients accurately.
Knead, mature, cut, mould, mix, and shape dough for production.
Clean and maintain cooking equipment after use.
Coordinate with managers, kitchen staff, and service teams on food preparation, including tasks like making dough and marinating ingredients.
Skilled in the art of hand-pulled noodle making.
Enforce and communicate hygiene and safety protocols.
Handle food freezing and preservation tasks as needed.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

About you:

At least 3 years of relevant experience or 
NZQF level 4 relevant qualification
Physically fit with a clear criminal record
