Cake Passion in Flat Bush currently look for two hardworking and reliable Pastrycooks to join us. Working hours is from 30 to 40 hours per week. Pay rate ranges from $31 to $32 per hour.   Suitable candidates must have the following skills and attributes: Have a relevant Level 4 qualification or at least 3 years relevant work experience. Able to work until 6.30pm; available to work on weekends and public holidays. Physically fit for heavy liftings and tasks that requires physical strength. Have strong multitasking and organizational skills. Your duties will include: Check the cleanliness of food preparation area and baking equipment. Check oven and baking equipment to ensure everything works well. Check the quality of raw material, weight and measure ingredients. Knead, mature, cut, mould, mix and shape dough and pastry goods. Prepare pastry fillings, sauces, cream, icing. Monitor oven temperatures and product appearance to determine baking time. Remove baked goods from oven and cool baked goods. Glaze buns and pastries, decorate cakes with cream and icing. Perform any other related duties as required.  If this sounds like you, Please click Apply Now!!!
