Job description 

• Measurement and mixing of ingredients 
   Notifying the Pastry Chef for low-inventory items 
• Setting time cycles for products 
• Regulation of cooking temperatures 
• Assist in organizing all areas of the kitchen, maintain deliveries and cleanliness of areas 
• Working knowledge of all pastry assistant functions in the kitchen 
• Station maintenance and cleanliness 
• Follow health and hygiene standards
Other tasks across the store as required. New Zealand Certificate (Level 3 or 4) in Cookery, or equivalent Or 
• A minimum of 6 months working in a professional kitchen.
• Food safety course within the past three years.
• Budgeting and menu costing skills
• Organisation skills
• Time management skills


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
