Job description  ?Measurement and mixing of ingredients    Notifying the Pastry Chef for low-inventory items  ?Setting time cycles for products  ?Regulation of cooking temperatures  ?Assist in organizing all areas of the kitchen, maintain deliveries and cleanliness of areas  ?Working knowledge of all pastry assistant functions in the kitchen  ?Station maintenance and cleanliness  ?Follow health and hygiene standards Other tasks across the store as required. New Zealand Certificate (Level 3 or 4) in Cookery, or equivalent Or  ?A minimum of 6 months working in a professional kitchen. ?Food safety course within the past three years. ?Budgeting and menu costing skills ?Organisation skills ?Time management skills
