Set on 6,000 acres of Pacific coastland, our luxury lodge is one of the most celebrated boutique resort hotels in the world.About the Role:This is a hands-on position reporting to the Head Pastry Chef Rosewood Kauri Cliffs.Responsibilities include:Creative input with menu development and dish presentationEffort into optimising the cooking process with attention to speed and qualityEnsure exceptional hygiene practices are maintainedSupport the Head Pastry Chef with prep and menu developmentAbout You:The successful candidate will be agile, have a can-do attitude, and proven success working in a high-pressure environment.
