Pastry Chef/Cafe Baker

Coffee Lab has an exciting opportunity for a creative food-loving pastry chef. You will have had formal training and/or a number of years of experience in the production of specialty cafe baking. Availability is Monday - Friday for 25-30 hours per week. This can also be flexible depending on applicants. We have a modern dedicated baking kitchen with all the best equipment, which is a baker's dream kitchen.This position is for someone who has immense passion for baking flair and also the practical skills for baking delicious, creatively amazing-looking food to keep our cabinet stocked with delicious treats.Coffee Lab is closed on Sundays and public holidays.Please only apply if you have the required skills and can confidently produce the food as per the photos. This position is not a learning position or for a beginner but for a senior confident cafe pastry chef/baker who has the relevant qualifications and at least 2 years of experience.
