Parts Warehouse Controller

Location: Whangarei, NorthlandHours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PMTristram Northland (previously Mark Cromie Motor Group) is one of Northland's largest multi franchised car dealerships for MG, Nissan, Hyundai, Volkswagen, Isuzu, and Renault, and we are also the service & parts agents for Audi, Skoda, and Holden.We have an excellent opportunity for an individual to join our Parts team as a Parts Warehouse Controller. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is highly organised, has a keen eye for detail, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the receiving, storing, and organising of automotive parts and accessories.Maintain an accurate inventory of parts and ensure stock levels are appropriately managed.Pick, pack, and prepare parts for delivery or customer orders.Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, safe, and well-organised.Assist with stocktaking and regular audits of inventory.Collaborate with the parts team and other departments to ensure timely parts availability.Provide excellent customer service when required, answering parts-related queries.Key Requirements:A valid forklift license is advantageous; however, training can be provided.Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or retail environment (preferable but not essential).Good organisational and time-management skills.Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.A full clean driver's license is an advantage.Basic knowledge of automotive parts and systems is a plus, but not required.Apply Now by providing your CV and Cover letter.
