This role may suit someone who already has experience as a technician, a trainee wanting to learn parts with a basic knowledge of some kind of mechanical sector (light or heavy), or an experienced technician wanting to become a manager. AFT Workshop services and maintains AFT Contracting's fleet of trucks and machinery, and we are also beginning to do some outwork in the Gisborne region.AFT Contracting has a fleet of 10 logging trucks, 11 bulk trucks, 4 transporters, 1 Forestry Crew, and multiple roading crews based throughout the Gisborne region with long-term secure contracts. Currently, AFT Workshop has 14 workshop staff consisting of Engineers, Diesel Mechanics, Hydraulic Hose Technicians, Auto Electricians, Tyre Fitters, Panel Beaters/Painters, Service Admin, and Apprentices.Phone references are required.
