Our client is in need of a Parts Salesperson within the Palmerston North Region to start ASAP!This customer-facing role is responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, the national branch, and dealer networks.What We're Looking For:An Experienced Sales or Customer Service person with basic knowledge of automotive parts and accessoriesA Salesperson with superb communication skillsA Salesperson with a natural knack for problem solving who's a quick learnerKey Responsibilities Include:Customer support and assisting with customer complaintsUnderstanding product features and industry trends (being able to clearly explain technical details of products)Processing orders, payments, and returns while seizing upsell/cross-sell opportunitiesOrganizing stock, performing counts, restocking, and supporting stocktake when dueConducting product demos and providing basic training on productsRegular Monday to Friday shifts (with some Saturdays required)45 hours per week (time and half paid for every hour over 40 hours!)Flexibility in working hours to meet the demands of the departmentRostered weekend/call out work as requiredAutomotive parts/accessories knowledgeHeavy Transport Industry experienceAll applicants must have the right to work in New Zealand.
