We're looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Parts Sales Representative to join this dedicated team, contribute to their continued success, and become an integral part of their future growth plans within the Waikato region
Key Responsibilities will Include: Creating call cycles and sales plans across a portfolio of clients Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the right parts for their trucks. Provide excellent customer service, both in-person and over the phone. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of parts inventory and industry trends. Process orders accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely and accurate parts delivery. Manage inventory levels and reorder parts as needed. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. About You Previous experience in automotive or truck parts sales preferred. Strong knowledge of truck parts and accessories. Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in computer systems and inventory management software. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. About the Company
