Reporting to the Branch Manager your responsibilities will include:
Fostering customer relationships to position the Branch as the supplier of choice.Managing customer inquiries and orders via phone, email, and face-to-face sales at the front counter.Keeping product displays organized to enhance counter sales.Supporting warehouse tasks as needed, including picking and packing orders, unpacking, and checking in stock.Benefits to you You will engage in a two-year MITO training program that leads to a National Certificate in Automotive Parts and Accessories (Level 3), along with pay increases as you earn credits.
Upon completion, you can advance to a Parts Interpreter role or explore other positions within our organization that align with your interests.
