Euromarque Christchurch are currently experiencing exponential growth and as such, are looking for a Parts Advisor / Rep superstar to join our multi franchise dealership, Euromarque in Christchurch Central.
Our Parts Advisors are responsible for supplying our customers with a high level of service through excellent communication and attention to detail.
Daily duties would include receipting incoming freight & organising warehouse stock, delivering freight to trade customers and ensuring their needs are being met whilst looking for additional opportunities, invoicing, admin tasks, communicating with internal departments and assisting in inventory maintenance.
Our ideal candidate for this position would have:
Previous automotive experience, preferably with knowledge of vehicle parts
Willingness to go above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service
Good verbal and written communication skills
Be able to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Ability to recognise concerns before they escalate
Good computer knowledge
Enjoy a customer facing role
Be able to work with a team and as an individual
High level of personal presentation

This position is Monday-Friday with rostered Saturdays.
