Our Continental CarsBMW Wellingtonteam offers a comprehensive range of new and used BMW and MINI vehicles, parts, and accessories. As a Parts Adviser you will be responsible forseeking new customers for the sale of parts and to maintain existing customer relationships and achieve sales targets. Also, to be responsible for the selling of company products directly over the counter, by telephone and email and ensuring the timely processing and delivery of all orders.
About You To be successful in this position you must be able to work comfortably within a fast-paced environment, possess exceptional communication skills to resolve difficult situations with diplomacy and are able to demonstrate:
Franchise parts experience - ideally with any European franchise but not essential A minimum of 3 years' experience within a retail parts department Strong relationship building and communication skills. Impeccable time management and organisational skills. Excellent computer literacy and experience with DMS systems.
