We are seeking a passionate and proactive Partnerships Manager to join our Fundraising team in Wellington or Auckland.
This is a fixed term role for 12 months from March 2025 to March 2026.Are you a Partnerships Manager with a passion for building meaningful relationships and delivering impactful campaigns?
We're seeking someone who is ready to hit the ground running, to execute our partnership strategy with a focus on campaign management, business development, and joint marketing plans to deliver on our partner's objectives.Reporting to the Head of Fundraising, you'll manage key strategic partnerships, ensuring our partners feel valued while also maximising revenue.
You'll engage in regular, meaningful interactions with partners to ensure they receive a strong value proposition and manage the logistics behind our key campaigns.
Your work will be at the heart of our efforts to improve health outcomes and support our key equity-focused initiatives.You will be a self-starter with a solid background in campaign management, strategic planning, and execution—ideally in the not-for-profit or community-focused sectors.
You will understand the bigger picture and align your work to create value for partners while driving results.
