About the role - Mo te turanga mahi
The Partnerships Manager is accountable for strategic account management, determined sales acquisition and business performance of clients within our Customer Partnerships portfolio. The primary focus of this role will be to grow and protect our existing relationships along with developing and acquiring new direct client relationships, resulting in optimising our current market position. Key to your success will be the ability to drive and deliver on new business targets as well as leveraging existing business for incremental growth. We are looking for a commercially astute, collaborative team player who has a high-performance mindset and a desire to win.
What you'll need to succeed
5+ years of experience in a senior sales role with the ability to manage corporate partnerships across multiple industry verticals
Proven results with the ability to deliver revenue growth.
Commercially astute with a knowledge / interest in the Financial Services industry
The ability to collaborate strongly across teams and influence a client centric solution to problems and client needs.
Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders both internally and externally and to proactively influence outcomes.
High level of business acumen with demonstrated strategic business planning skills
Strong ability to interpret data, provide insights, analyse technical information and understand legislative requirements
