Account & Relationship Management (Sales) Full time Letterboxd is a global social network for grass-roots film discussion and discovery; described as 'Goodreads for movies'. It has over fourteen million members, and is the 'go to' voice for film fans. With a global team across several time zones, Letterboxd is a truly virtual business. The small support team based in Auckland, New Zealand, is looking for a Partnerships Coordinator to join its crew of self-described film nerds. About the Role 30-40 hours per week, Tuesday - Saturday Remote-friendly anywhere in New Zealand We're looking for an operationally-focused, proactive, highly motivated Partnerships Coordinator to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to provide support to the Partnerships team for executing on campaigns globally. You will be an excellent communicator, possess strong organizational skills, and have a proven track record of managing multiple responsibilities effectively. You will work closely with the NZ-based Partnerships Manager and the NYC-based Head of Business to ensure seamless execution of partnership tasks, maintain client relationships, and contribute to the overall success of the team. Our Ideal Person Our ideal person is reliable, efficient and relatable. They are a morning person as they will start work at 6am to overlap with the US and other time zones. They will need to be adaptable and flexible in terms of how their days are structured, with each day having variety across different tasks, clients, time zones and stakeholders. This person will report to the Partnerships Manager who oversees all client relationships. The Partnerships Coordinator will execute tasks to support this role. Being organised, detailed and task-orientated is essential, along with an aptitude for process management, a way with words and a head for project delivery and execution. The ideal person will cultivate outstanding relationships by executing tasks in a timely, proactive manner. Key Responsibilities: Support the Head of Partnerships and Partnerships Manager: Perform targeted sales prospecting, researching potential partner companies, identifying key contacts, and initiating partnership discussions via email. Maintain and update the partnerships database, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date. Perform other administrative duties as needed to support the partnerships team. Customer Onboarding and Relationship Management: Assist the Partnerships Manager in facilitating smooth onboarding processes for clients. Assist the Partnerships Manager in providing ongoing client support and fostering strong client relationships. Digital Advertising Performance Management: Undertake ad placement coordination, scheduling, and targeting specifications. Oversee the monitoring and optimization of digital advertising campaigns. Analyze campaign performance data to drive continuous improvement and deliver post-campaign reports. Email Marketing: Assist with email campaign execution, including asset management, email building, and scheduling. Manage email lists, including audience segmentation, list cleaning, and deployment. Track open rates, click-through rates, and provide post-campaign reporting. Handle client and prize winner communications for prize draws and giveaways. Create and send screening invitations. Send screening RSVPs to client to manage. HQ Page Requests: Respond to requests related to the HQ page promptly and efficiently. Ideal Experience: 2+ years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating a high level of independence and self-motivation. Proven ability to manage and execute multiple responsibilities without requiring constant supervision. Experience in client management and communications. Experience in marketing and communications. Strong understanding of digital advertising metrics and optimization techniques. Background in the media, film, or entertainment industries is advantageous but not essential. Skills: Must have: Proficiency in Google Suite (Google Doc, Sheets, etc). Proficiency with CRM software and digital marketing tools. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Organizational skills to juggle multiple campaigns and time-sensitive responsibilities across different time zones. Experience working irregular hours or a strong preference for working during these times. Nice to have: Experience with Notion or other management tools. Familiarity with Google Ad Manager and Google Analytics. Familiarity with email marketing platforms and tools. Copywriting or editing expertise. Experience with graphics tools (Photoshop, Sketch, or similar).
