We work with them to achieve their objectives and set their sights on the realm of the possible. Slalom's Go-To-Market (GTM) team is one of Slalom's key strategic drivers of growth in any region, representing a multi-faceted approach to sales and consisting of 4 capabilities:Sales: our business development focused squad, bringing in new relationships and opportunities.Client Partnership: Leaders of our key strategic accounts, straddling the line between sales & delivery to ensure a consistent experience for our clients.Alliances: Managing our incredibly important partnerships with various technology vendors whom we work with on a day-to-day basis.Marketing: Creating and managing events and driving brand recognition across the region to promote Slalom as the partner of choice.What will you do?As a key member of our Go-To-Market team, you will build and grow a cloud practice to capitalize on market opportunities in Australia and New Zealand. Key focus areas include:Create and execute a local alliances strategy across the partner ecosystem, tailored to market needs.Provide best-in-class advice on modern cloud solutions backed by experience within complex projects.Identify market signals and patterns; respond swiftly and build necessary capabilities.Develop a robust sales pipeline by working with both new and existing clients.Analyze opportunity pipeline patterns; create targeted Go-to-Market offerings to scale the cloud business in NZ, with potential opportunities across Australia.Formulate and execute a comprehensive cloud strategy for the Public Sector.Lead technology solution delivery teams, ideally with consulting experience.Lead large-scale business transformations, specializing in strategy, organizational design, and change management.Demonstrate strong skills in negotiation, conflict management, problem-solving, and decision-making.Key responsibilities for the Partner Sales Manager:Generate and progress new pipeline.Develop and help execute a cloud-first strategy for the Public Sector.Required Cultural Traits:Ability to collaborate and influence – will work across Go-To-Market and Slalom consulting practices.Ability to drive influence and progress across New Zealand.Resilience and perseverance – this will be a somewhat new motion for Slalom ANZ.Ability to deal with ambiguity.Resourceful and results-oriented.What You'll Bring12+ years of experience in engagement-based consulting or equivalent industry roles, demonstrating deep expertise and consistent success.Proven history of growing and leveraging client bases, including organic business development by building new accounts and client relationships from the ground up.Extensive experience across a broad business spectrum, with specialized knowledge in cloud transformation (AWS, Azure, GCP), product engineering, application integration, and DevOps.Strong ability to collaborate and influence, effectively working across Slalom's Go-To-Market team and consulting practices to drive business objectives.Comfort owning and/or supporting alliance sales pursuits with multi-disciplinary teams.Capability to drive influence and foster progress throughout ANZ, supporting regional growth and expansion efforts.Resilient and perseverant, equipped to lead new initiatives within Slalom ANZ, even in uncharted territory.Comfortable with ambiguity, able to navigate and make decisions in complex, uncertain situations.Deep understanding and established relationships within the cloud ecosystem, including strong connections, customers, and key stakeholders.Our Values:Our culture and values reflect each individual Slalomer.
