ABOUT THIS ROLE
The Partner Relationship Manager is responsible for maintaining a portfolio of APAC based partners. The core focus is to retain our existing partners and grow the revenue contribution they make to our business. You will be responsible for end-to-end management of partners within your portfolio including providing support to our partner acquisition teams to onboard new partners.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop a relationship management plan for each partner in your portfolio that ensures we build deep relationships which deliver mutually beneficial outcomes.
Provide proactive relationship management with key decision makers within the partner portfolio.
Work collaboratively with internal teams (e.g. sales, marketing, client relationship mgmt. and client services) to ensure we grow our partner business and meet the expectations of both our partners and their referrals.
Maintain and update your relationship management plans using CRM tool(s) to track and report on activities, risks and opportunities.
Provide insight and thinking into evolving competitive landscape and trends to support the development and evolution of Xe's products and services.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Consultative sales and relationship management experience.
Demonstrable experience within consultative/strategic sales.
Experience in delivering tailored presentations at board level and managing RFPs.
Outstanding verbal and written presentation skills (engaging, influential, strong presentation skills).
Ability to think strategically and commercially to understand complex requirements of clients.
Experience of identifying, closing and negotiating high-value/contract relationships.
Demonstrable experience of delivering against revenue targets.
Must have strong organisational and planning skills to project manage cross-functional teams.
Knowledge and understanding of deliverable FX/Payments products and services is not a pre-requisite.
