Who we're looking forWe are seeking a highly competent and results-driven Partner Development Executive (PDE) to be an integral part of our partner ecosystem. Reporting directly to the Head of Strategic Relationships, you'll drive Partner field sales relationships as the point of contact and partner for Microsoft to engage with and navigate Capgemini.
About the role:Take the lead in driving new sales mindsets and expanding our Microsoft business.Be a part of the sales opportunity journey, with a clearly defined RACI with Market Units and Account Execs.Build a shared pipeline with the Partner.PDE's are not Partner Managers: they are dedicated to sales motion and focus only on our partners.The Market Units & Account Executives ultimately decide the best partner fit for each deal.Have intimate knowledge of the funding programs to support Sales.What you'll be doing:Generate sourced leads: Utilize partner channels to generate leads within specified geographies, ensuring seamless handoff to our sales teams for closure.Drive partner influence revenue: Take ownership of individual deals and registrations, driving revenue through partner collaborations.Enablement and engagement: Conduct workshops, organize events, and lead regional sales campaigns to raise awareness and drive demand.Drive sales execution: Work closely with regional centers of excellence to cultivate opportunities, develop solutions, and maximize incentives for deal closure.Facilitate co-selling: Act as a bridge between sales teams and solution experts, ensuring a cohesive approach to client engagement.Partner governance: Work with local executives and partner executives/Head of Strategic Relationships to ensure ongoing partner governance and relevant business review cadences are in place.Your capability and experience:Demonstrate a track record of storytelling, organisation, pro-active outreach and ability to influence.Entrepreneurial spirit; self-guided and motivated individual capable of producing results with autonomy and minimum oversight.Results orientated.Highly collaborative.Able to deal with ambiguity.A focus on supporting and enabling our Sales people to do great things.Able to build a healthy pipeline, close orders and achieve targets.Well-developed negotiation, communication, and training/presentation skills.Able to establish self as a technical subject matter expert with high credibility.If you're a results-driven individual passionate about sales and partnership development, we want to hear from you!
