This is a high-performing two-partner firm whose leaders are experts in their respective areas of practice and hold strong client bases in digital, IT, media, telecommunications, banking, investment advisory, and insurance.

They work with organizations that have developed new products and services requiring setup, investment, and general support to manage larger transactions, including mergers, purchases, sales, contract negotiations, and investment management.

They are a unique firm where the leaders set the tone. Having met and talked in-depth to one of the partners about what they are trying to achieve, being from Top Tier, they enjoy working with quality clients and building close relationships while working in a flexible, agile framework.

For staff, this means no set hours, WFH and WFO arrangements, interesting and challenging work, and the ability to work closely with the Partners.

The Partners are looking to expand their leadership team by adding a Corporate expert.
