We are driven by our results and having a positive impact in the world.We are looking for a self-motivated, smart, positive problem solver with versatile technical skills, to maintain tech platforms so that they run smoothly, find robust and creative solutions to technical issues, and provide general hardware and software support for our team.Reporting to the Marketing/Company Director, and working closely with a range of specialist outsourcers/freelancers, you will be responsible for:Solving tech issues by figuring out fixes (in the short-term) and putting in place solid systems and processes for ongoing maintenance and prevention of recurring problems (in the long-term)Identify tech problems and issues early before they become more critical and/or are flagged by senior team members or clientsRun regular maintenance processes, audits and QA checks to keep systems and platforms running smoothly, and spot potential issues early.
This will involve optimising existing processes, as well as creating new ones.Research and recommend best practices, solutions and platforms for our ongoing needs and prioritiesTroubleshoot and help with any kind of issue (hardware, software, apps etc) and provide support and help so that team members can focus on their roles and not become frustrated or sidetracked by techHelp recruit and task manage specialist outsourcers when needed, using platforms such as Upwork, for specific projects.
For example designers, developers, UX/CRO/SEO specialists etc.Databases, apps and platforms that we use include (but are not limited to):Google AnalyticsKeap/Infusionsoft (CRM database)Siteground, WistiaCrazy Egg and VWOAll things Mac!You will display the following attributes and experience (Critical):2 years experience in a similar roleHighly process-drivenProblem solver with a positive, solution-focused approachConfident and clear communicator who can 'translate' between creative/marketing and tech peopleCritical thinkingAble to organise and prioritise your time effectivelyResults-focused, takes pride in and accountability for outcomesGrowth and abundance mindsetIdeally you will also have:Solid understanding of Google Analytics and a head for data measurementSolid understanding of Zapier integrationsGood understanding of tracking and traffic measurementDemonstrable ability to create and use complex spreadsheetA strong background in business and direct response marketing principles would be advantageous.If you do not have all of these, you will have the proven hunger and ability to learn and 'get up to speed' quickly.This role is for approximately 10-15 hours per week (Monday to Friday) with the potential for this role to grow into a high-level position with more hours over time.
