We are seeking an energetic, results-focused relationship builder with a passion for sales to join our children's brands Pretty Brave and Crywolf.
In this exciting part-time customer-facing role, you will have the opportunity to represent our beautiful brands and deliver exceptional customer service to our retailers throughout New Zealand.The company:Anon Studios is the parent company to leading New Zealand children's brands Pretty Brave and Crywolf - well known and loved for our fashion-forward designs, sustainable choices, and product innovation.
We are a fun creative team, designing high quality and fashion-leading leather shoes and outerwear in the children's sector supplying to local and international markets through our wholesale channels and direct to consumer.What we are looking for:With both brands being in an exciting growth period, we are looking for an outstanding Part-Time Account Manager to retain our current portfolio of stockists across NZ, manage the day-to-day of key AU Accounts along with seeking new retail partners that fit our growth strategy.You must come from an established sales background, with a proven track record of outstanding customer service and problem-solving.
It is essential that you pride yourself on being able to multitask with a high level of time management as this will be a fast-paced busy role especially around our key selling periods twice a year, where nationwide travel will be required.
Being able to think ahead and look at the bigger picture will be an advantage.A passion for fashion would be ideal for this role, especially in the kids' space.
Being able to really listen to our stockists and develop a partnership with them to promote collection sell-through is a must.We are a small team and the right person will have a "can-do" attitude, who thrives on learning new things and taking on tasks that support the growth of the brands.
You will be able to work well in high-pressure situations, and problem-solving should come naturally to you.You will have a high level of professionalism and enthusiasm when dealing with customers face-to-face, by email, or over the phone.
Be willing to go the extra mile when needed and call yourself a team player.

By joining us you will get to work in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities to develop and up-skill within the business.Hours: 25 hours - 3 days per week either office-based or on the road.Location: Albany, Auckland, parking available.Key responsibilities:Present, promote, and sell our products to current and prospective customers throughout New ZealandProvide efficient, timely, and proactive customer service through store visits & phone callsEnhance brands in-store presence through merchandising and marketing opportunitiesEstablish and maintain strong customer relationshipsSeek out new customer opportunitiesUpdate customers on relevant products and featuresUse inventory software program Cin7 for CRM, Sales Orders, and reportingUse the Brandscope platform for B2B functions and OrderingCoordinate sales effort with marketing and other team membersAchieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within time scheduleAnalyse the NZ retail market's potential and track current and future salesRecommend sales strategies to stimulate higher salesProactive in recommending strategies to shift additional/last season stockFeedback to Sales Manager and Design teams on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new productsParticipate with the team at tradeshows as neededProvide sick/holiday leave cover in our Flagship retail store as neededThis role will require 2 Nationwide trips per year to visit all of our retailers with seasonal samples (Approx.
6 weeks per year).Ideal candidate will have:Personal Attributes: Driven, Hardworking, Positive, Energetic, Ability to use own initiative, Outstanding interpersonal skillsMicrosoft Office basic/intermediate skills.
