Description We have a great opportunity for a fantastic and energetic Part-time Sales Assistant to join our Pascoes team in Albany. We work with our teams, guiding them toward success and pride ourselves on exceptional customer service. You'll be able to work weekdays, weekends, and when extra hours are needed.
Don't have jewellery experience? No problem! We will provide you with training.
Role Hours and Position Days of work - Mon, Thurs, Fri, Sun = 30.5 hours per week. Not negotiable.
Your Role: Communicate effectively and contribute to the company's values and culture
Achieve personal sales targets through excellence in customer satisfaction and assist in achieving store targets
Contribute and add value to the team by demonstrating a willing 'can-do' attitude
Support your team
Focus on attention to detail, diligence, and maximising efficiency and time
Understand and execute back-of-house paperwork and procedures
Actively promote the store through in-store merchandising, displays, and other activities
About You: Confident and enthusiastic - a people person
Professionally presented and well-spoken
Understanding of procedures for handling customer complaints and inquiries
Enthusiasm for building morale, loyalty, and pride in the store
You'll show initiative, have a strong customer service focus, and possess a punctual and driven character.
