Part Time Retail Assistant

Head over Heels is a boutique shoe store located on High St in the heart of Christchurch's CBD. We also run our rapidly growing website out of this premise. We specialise in handcrafted shoes and accessories from around the globe, and are passionate about people and customer service.
As a family owned and operated business, we are a small team and work together closely on all aspects of the business. We value the creativity and individuality of all our employees. We are inspired by fashion, design, laughter and a good flat white.
Part Time Position available: 10 - 25 hours We are on the hunt for a bright and bubbly new team member to work as a sales assistant. Previous retail experience is required. If you are passionate about customer service and the brands we stock then we would love to hear from you!
Must be able to work: Saturday or Sunday each week.
Weekdays as required.
Flexibility would be an advantage.

Love working with customers and building a strong, loyal client base.
Self motivated and able to use their initiative.
Experience in a retail/customer service environment is essential.
Be enthusiastic, motivated, confident and have a bubbly personality.
Experience with Lightspeed and/or Shopify would be an advantage but not essential.
