The Role Working as part of the Finance team, your job will be responsible for the effective, timely, and accurate payment of salary and wages for all employees. You will have effective oversight and management of all data and payroll platforms/systems, preparing and reconciling payments and reporting.
Our Ideal Candidate Minimum of two years' experience in a similar role
A sound knowledge and understanding of payroll legislation - including the Holidays Act
The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines whilst still producing accurate work
A flexible approach to work and a willingness to be a team player
Excellent communication and relationship management abilities
Capable of solving problems and mitigating issues
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
