Our team fosters a collaborative and inclusive work environment where every member can thrive and contribute to transforming healthcare through technology.What We're Looking ForWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Part-Time Paralegal to support our growing team in managing Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), contracts, maintaining legal documentation, and assisting with various legal needs. This role will work closely with Legal, the Chief Commercial Officer, Executive Leadership, and Operations and will collaborate with other teams to ensure efficient and accurate handling of legal matters and contracts. The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.Key Responsibilities:Contract ManagementHelp internal teams draft, review, and process NDAs in alignment with company templates and guidelines.Track the status of NDAs and ensure timely execution and proper filing.Maintain a centralized repository for NDAs and related agreements.Legal Organization and DocumentationOrganize and maintain the company's legal files, ensuring all documents are easily accessible and up to date.Utilize company CRM to appropriately document legal activities.Assist with maintaining corporate records.Support the creation and updating of templates, playbooks, and other legal resources.Support for Legal and Broader TeamsConduct initial reviews of agreements and contracts, flagging key terms or issues for review by the legal and executive teams.Assist with research on legal issues, regulations, and industry standards as needed.Liaise with internal teams to gather necessary information for legal processes or compliance requirements.Provide administrative support for special projects and initiatives led by the legal team.RequirementsEducation & ExperienceParalegal certificate or equivalent education required.
