Part Time Office/Parts Assistant - 22.5 Hours Per Week

ECR Equipment are the Hawkes Bay Dealers for Unicarriers, TCM, Jungheinrich Forklifts, Landini and McCormick Tractors. We have highly skilled team of technicians servicing both our own and our customer's machinery. In this newly created position, we are currently seeking a parts/office assistant to work alongside our Office Manager. This position is offering minimum of 22.5 hours a week with potential for more This role will include tasks such as: Parts ordering/receiving of stock Source and organize parts for workshop and customer sales Prepare and present estimates Data entry (job cards/ timesheets) Assist with debtors/creditors. General administration tasks. Customer service Assist with Health and Safety tasks The ideal candidate for this role will: Possess strong written and oral communication skills. Have a positive can do attitude and a good sense of humor. Excellent customer service and be able to operate both independently and as part of a team Honest and reliable. Have exceptional time keeping skills and the ability to deliver accurate work in an efficient manner. Full NZ drivers license.
