Part-time variable hours Head Teacher at Just Swim, Moana Pool
Are you passionate about teaching and dedicated to ensuring the safety and well-being of individuals of all ages? Just Swim at Moana Pool is currently seeking a part-time Head Teacher to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone with excellent customer service skills who enjoys working with people and is committed to creating a positive and enriching environment for our swim school families.
Working Hours:

Term time: Mon 10.00-6.30pm / Tues & Wed 2.30-6.30pm
School holidays: Mon 8.30-5.00pm / Tues & Wed 8.30-12.00pm
Additional hours may be available to cover schools and leave during term time Monday to Saturday and school holidays Monday to Friday.
Min of one teaching shift to be done alongside this role.

Responsibilities:

Manage and support our team of Just Swim Teachers.
Deliver exceptional customer service to our swimmers and swim school families.
Assist in the management and development of the swim school to achieve program objectives, financial success, and operational excellence.

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in swim teaching working across different levels and ages.
Recognized swim teaching qualification and First Aid certification.
Demonstrated skills in supporting, training, and appraising staff.
Strong background in customer service.
Commitment to Health and Safety.
A good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet and adapt to make things work.
