We are seeking a part time Intermediate Planner to join us.

Key requirements of this role are: Strong written and oral communication skills Sound Knowledge of the Resource Management Act 1991 Strength and experience in dealing with District and Regional Councils Appropriate Planning, Resource Management, Geography or Social Sciences degree Team player with the ability to work independently when required You will be someone who embraces challenges, promotes innovation, and enjoys sharing successes with your colleagues.
Remuneration will be commensurate on skills and experience for the role.
To be the successful candidate, you will have a planning qualification and be well organised, with excellent communication and computer skills.
Relevant work experience is essential.
You will need the ability to problem solve, have an eye for detail and the ability to learn quickly.
