Based at our modern Te Awamutu clinic. This position offers a base 16 hours per week with the opportunity for additional hours as required.In this role, you will have the chance to gain valuable experience in supporting, documenting, maintaining and optimising our desktop infrastructure. You'll receive mentorship, learning the ropes of desktop support and troubleshooting. There is also the opportunity for further development if you excel in the base role and demonstrate a willingness to upskill. This position is perfect for someone eager to learn and grow in the IT industry.About You:We're looking for someone enthusiastic and eager to learn, with a passion for technology and a desire to kickstart their career in IT.Key Attributes:Excellent verbal and written communication skillsA solid understanding of desktop operating systems, software and hardware.At least a basic understanding of IPv4 networkingDiligence in your work with an attention to detail, ensuring tasks are completed thoroughly and accurately.An understanding of the importance of documentation in maintaining a well-functioning IT environment.A full and clean New Zealand driver's license.We encourage applications from individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences.
