You will be the first point of contact for customer enquiries and will play a key role in ensuring a positive shopping experience.
This includes resolving issues, providing information, and going above and beyond to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities: Responding to customer emails and phone enquiries Handling cash, processing banking, and end-of-day closing Assisting the marketing team with promotional campaigns and displays Managing lost and found items (including lost children) Helping customers with mobility equipment hire Who We're Looking For: We are looking for someone who understands the importance of excellent customer service and is confident in delivering it.
You will have great verbal and written communication skills, a calm demeanour under pressure, and a passion for working as part of a team to create a memorable customer experience.
