You will be the first point of contact for customer enquiries and will play a key role in ensuring a positive shopping experience. This includes resolving issues, providing information, and going above and beyond to meet customer needs.Key Responsibilities:Responding to customer emails and phone enquiriesHandling cash, processing banking, and end-of-day closingAssisting the marketing team with promotional campaigns and displaysManaging lost and found items (including lost children)Helping customers with mobility equipment hireWho We're Looking For:We are looking for someone who understands the importance of excellent customer service and is confident in delivering it.
