We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Assistant Store Manager to join a dynamic retail team in the central fringe suburb of Remuera, Auckland. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a key support role within a well-established fashion retailer with an amazing company culture.About The RoleAs the Assistant Store Manager (part-time), you'll be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store. You will help lead a small team, ensuring excellent customer experiences, maintaining store standards, and driving sales. You'll also play a key role in stock management, store presentation, and supporting the Store Manager in achieving financial goals.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with managing store operations, including stock control, merchandising, and inventory managementDeliver outstanding customer service and build strong customer relationshipsSupport the Store Manager in leading and motivating the team to meet sales targetsAssist in organizing in-store events and promotionsMaintain high standards of visual presentation and store cleanlinessHelp drive a positive team culture and contribute to a community-focused environmentAbout You:Experience in retail, ideally in fashionStrong communication and interpersonal skillsA proactive and customer-focused attitudeAbility to work well in a team and take on leadership responsibilities when neededOrganised with great time management skillsFlexible and adaptable to the needs of the businessWhat's on Offer:Part-time role, 24 hours per week with the hours listed below.
