The Role
We are looking for an Accounts Assistant, comfortable with both Accounts Receivable and Payable in a Xero setting to join the close-knit team.
The Accounts Assistant will more specifically be responsible for:
Processing accounts receivable invoices Preparing credit notes Debt collection as necessary Inputting and coding accounts payable invoices Preparing payment run and collating appropriate documentation Expense processing Processing month end accruals Bank reconciliations in Xero. Your Background Minium 2 years proven accounts receivable/payable experience Experience with Xero and MS Office essential. Your Personal Attributes Clear, professional communication skills An ability to work with a wide variety of people, internally and externally Continuous improvement approach - identifying new ways of working Self-managing, self-starter who takes responsibility.
