The opportunity: We are looking for a new Parking Officer to join our team in this busy and rewarding role. As a Parking Officer, you will be responsible for administering the Land Transport Act and other bylaws designed to ensure the safety of people across the city. Ideally you will have: Experience in customer service Strong communication skills Prior experience using your well-developed problem-solving skills An ability to quickly understand a situation, and to apply protocols and procedures to achieve the best outcomes for the community In addition to the above, this role requires a full driver's licence (having a motorbike licence as well would be advantageous).
