Part Time Application Closes 26 Nov 2023 Manawatu - Ruapehu Customer Service Representative Welcome to Ruapehu Motors in Raetihi - part of the wider Manawatu and TRC Toyota Group.
We are on the lookout for someone to help us out whilst our legendary Parts and Service Advisor is away on parental leave.
That's where you come in. You will have the experience, the personality and a multitude of skill sets.
For this exciting role, you'll need;
to be incredibly customer-centric the ability to multi-task, prioritise and to show real initiative within our Parts and Service Departments an excellent customer-facing attitude all the time a welcoming phone manner to help us with the incoming calls as well as generate our future bookings an eye for accuracy to ensure all our data is up to date and cleansed solid I.T./computer skills and the ability to learn on the go to be able to confidently greet customers and ensure their experience at Ruapehu Toyota is a great one to be a superb communicator and willing support our several busy departments This will be for a fixed term - most likely six - seven months and we can have some flexibility around working hours We'd like to get you started early 2024 to spend some time learning the ropes with our existing Advisor. Our interest is in applicants who have truly amazing customer service skills, an eye for detail and are focused on delivering excellence as well as developing themselves.
