Our legendary Parts and Service Advisor is away on parental leave, and our amazing helper has landed her dream job, so we need another awesome person to step in for about 3 months!
That's where you come in. You will have the experience, the personality and a multitude of skill sets.
For this exciting role, you'll need;
to be incredibly customer-centric the ability to multi-task, prioritise and to show real initiative within our Parts and Service Departments an excellent customer-facing attitude all the time a welcoming phone manner to help us with the incoming calls as well as generate our future bookings an eye for accuracy to ensure all our data is up to date and cleansed solid I.T./computer skills and the ability to learn on the go to be able to confidently greet customers and ensure their experience at Ruapehu Toyota is a great one to be a superb communicator and willing support our several busy departments This will be for a fixed (minimum 3 month, but may extend) term and we can have some flexibility around working hours We'd like to get you started as soon as we can. Our interest is in applicants who have truly amazing customer service skills, an eye for detail and are focused on delivering excellence as well as developing themselves.
