Hours: 30-40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Job Accountabilities:

Remove and replace damaged panels and components, ensuring a precise fit and finish.
Use appropriate tools and techniques to perform repairs on various vehicle makes and models.
Perform metal and plastic repairs using a variety of techniques and tools.
Work with paint technicians to ensure proper preparation and refinishing of repaired areas.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and repair guides.
Ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to company policies and industry standards.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs.

Requirements for Panel Beater:

Proven experience in panel beating and structural repairs
Relevant qualifications or certifications (CRA, I-CAR) are an advantage
Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to quality
Comprehensive industry knowledge and understanding
Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
Team-oriented with a good sense of humor
Valid New Zealand driver's license (Restricted or Full)
Comfortable driving manual transmission vehicles
Strong reliability and work ethic
Positive, self-motivated, and punctual
Eager to pursue personal development
Current NZ driver's license (Restricted or Full)
Confident driving manual cars
