Description EncoreNZ are looking for Operators to join our team for an immediate start!
The role entails:
Operation of the Powder Packing Plant, Packaging Dry Product through to the Palletizing process
Quality: Ensuring the product meets specifications and managing product sampling requirements
Health, Safety, Hygiene & Food Standard requirements in accordance with site
Requirements:
Physically fit
Accurate Literacy and numerical skills
Forklift with OSH endorsement would be an advantage for some positions
Good understanding of Health, Safety and Food Production Hygiene best practices
Enjoy working as part of a team
Ability to speak up if something isn't right!
Reliable transport is a must - Minimum Restricted Licence
Pass a pre-employment drug test
Pre-Vetting check with the Ministry of Justice
Hours of work are rotational shifts of 6.00am - 6.00pm & 6.00pm - 6.00am - 4 day Rotation - 2 x Days, 2 Nights 4 Off.
$26 per hour plus 8% Holiday Pay and positions may progress into Permanent roles for dedicated candidates.
