Pallet Repairer (Afternoon Shift)

We are looking for a repair technician to join the afternoon process team which involves inspecting and repairing wooden pallets. This is a physical role in a challenging environment but full training is provided.Duties include but are not limited to the following:Pushing/pulling pallets on and off conveyor belts.Removing broken planks and fixing new timber to the product.Using a nail gun and other tools.Moving and sorting materials as required.Days and Hours:Afternoon Shift: Monday to Friday 2.30pm - 10.30pmRoom to grow in other parts of the businessFull paid breaksFull training and PPE suppliedASAP startRequirements:Someone who enjoys working with hand tools is preferredPhysically fitPass a pre-employment drug testWilling to undergo a Ministry of Justice background checkWilling to undergo an ACC history checkOur Client:Our client is an international pallet distributor.
