What We're Looking For: Proven experience supervising site-based teams in industrial painting projects.Exposure to pipelines, tanks, marine, and structural steel projects.Pressure pot and airless spraying.Instrument coating.Blasting with garnet/sand and steel grit.Brush and roller work for touch-ups and corners.Ability to apply consistent layers across all colours with precision.Comprehensive knowledge of WFT and DFT with the ability to instruct and teach workers on their importance.Requirements: Fluent in both Tagalog and English to effectively communicate with a diverse team.A valid driver's license (work vehicle provided to navigate sites).Permanent working rights in New Zealand.What's in it for you?
